To Jay:

To kill the Witch with a single shot, just stay right next to her (touching her, in fact), then shoot.

BUT, and here´s the catch... you have to wait for her to stand up. Then you can shoot at her body, or her head (so you get the crown achievement).

Just for safety reasons, I never kill her without the auto-shotgun, and I never fire just one time : D

Another nice trick is to get her from behind. She stands and she can´t hit you. I don´t know if this was already fixed.

I totally agree. I always aim for the body and waste too much bullets. And i hate campers too. The only people that i think deserves to camp are snipers and people who are reloading/health low. If not, it probably means you are a sissy.

so.. after several months of not doing whats stated in the book (due to running short if playtime) i was just gonna say that i will soon be reattending to this and give further feedback.

however everytime i find the time to do some training im thankful to follow the guidelines of this book, knowing that it is possibly the best way to spend my training time. well at least its better than having no guideline at all.

some ciriticism or difficulty i came across. the author states that it is important to maintain a fixed timing between aiming and shooting. aim/aim/shoot. or likewise. if i play against bots thats feasable. but if i play online vs. other players this pattern is too slow, and i find myself exchanging it by my old more unaccurate but faster aiming method. this problem isn't addressed in the book.

I was just wondering, how much would this cost. I mean you would have to pay for internet, electricity. Oh and by the way, how do you get your own server? What do you need to buy?

Good review dude, though doubler the price is not worth it for me :( Oh well I guess I'll have to wait another 5 years for 120HZ on LCD to become a norm...lol. YEs I'm still using a CRT, though thinking of the IPS panel from DEll 2209WA

I bought this monitor last week and all i can say ist "Wow". You can actually see the difference of smoothness between 60 and 120 Hz by moving the mouse on the bare desktop, gaming experience ist exponentially better as well - movement in Counterstrike or Quake 3 reminds me of the good old days on my last CRT (R.I.P.), everything is smooth and crisp.
Bottomline: I will never buy a 60 Hz Display again for gaming, i hope other vendors will follow the example and offer more displays, would also be great to see some 24" Models.

I tested this monitor at an nvidia stand and I was really supprised to see an LCD monitor which finally had no noticeable difference to a CRT what comes to the motion blurring lag effect which clearly happens on normal LCD's (part reason being the lower refresh rate of the LCD matrix.) It was really amazing experience as well. I currently have a CRT and an ordinary 60Hz 5ms LCD and I keep switching between them ocassionally since both have their pros and cons. I think I'll buy this monitor as it seems a perfect monitor for PC games and action scenes in videos, having both the speed of CRT and the contrast and pixel perfect image of modern LCD's.
